This year there were very few curvy celebs at the Emmy’s. The celebs with curves that showed up kind of disappointed me in some of their wardrobe choices.
Chandra Wilson from Grey’s Anatomy looked nice in her dress. I did not like the floral design at the bottom of the dress. It looked a little Jessica McClintock. The top of the dress was a little too pointy for me. It would have looked better if the edges were rounded. Her overall look was nice, but a few tweaks to the dress would have made her look better.
My two favorite picks of the night were Kim Kardashion and Nene Leakes from the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Although Kim has lost some weight the white one sleeve dress she chose was perfect to show off her small waist and highlight her round hips.
Nene’s black sparkled dress gave a very nice slimming effect on her statuesque frame. The cap sleeves flattered her slim arms while the darted seams on the front of the dress slenderized her waist.
