Lip Prints & Plus Size Midi Skirts

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend. As for me, I had a productive holiday weekend. I did some much needed spring cleaning in my house. In the midst of spring cleaning, I did take out some time to enjoy the perfect weather we had this weekend. When the weather gets warm, it just gets my happy juices flowing. It makes me more excited about each day and it definitely puts me in the mood to plan a vacation.

Which I am actually in the process of doing. During the summer months, I like quick weekend getaways. I’m thinking about visiting Ocean City Maryland. Are you guys planning any weekend getaways?

This weekend, I did manage to get up and get dressed. I’ve had this lip print cardi for over a month and never got around to wearing it. I love the lip print trend. I think its so cute. I snagged this one from INC Plus at Macy’s. It’s a nice summer knit to wear open or closed and it looks great with jeans. The fit was true to size.

I wanted to keep things simple so I paired it with a black pleated midi skirt from Eloquii. Right now Eloquii is killing it with the midi skirts. They do run big so I had to wind up ordering a full size down. It has elastic on the back of the waist.

You guys know, I love me a classic black, white and red combo. I hope all of you enjoy your week.
