Monif C. is back again with a fab fall collection. This woman knows how to dress plus size women and she knows how to push the limits without losing her core customers. A task that a number of other plus size brands seem to fail at. This season Monif has created styles that slightly stray away from her usual aesthetic of convertible dresses. While the convertible dresses are part of the new collection we would like to focus on the newer styles.
We love that Monif is doing heavy ponte knits for plus sizes. The soft fabric is great for hugging curves. We also love the arrow print that graces a body skimming ponte knit dress. Arrow prints accentuate curves and is very flattering. The line also offers asymmetrical cuts, a draped tulip charmeuse dress, ponte knit jumpsuits, and the leopard print swoop dress. We find that the fall collection is chic with a sophisticated edge. A collection that truly allows you to make a statement.

I love the Marilyn Two-Tone Convertible Dress. I’ve been dying to get a Convertible Dress, but the price always makes me a bit hesitant. I might just have to suck it up, because the blue/grey combo is GORGEOUS!!!!

The arrow dresses and the leopard dress are my favorites! I can’t wait to shop the collection – I have a couple of fancy events coming up that are begging for a Monif C. dress!!

I always LOVE the Monif C collection but it seems like every time there is a lust-after collection for curvy girls (such as myself), the price points are ridiculous (thinking of the average curvy fashionista). Jumpsuits and dresses for $235? That is def several bills paid lol. I just wish designers like Monif C had am affordable line with the same care and detailing. A girl can dream.
