I get a thrill when I find cute plus size clothes. Amazon is a mega e-commerce store and their plus size category is no where as good as the non plus size clothes. So whenever I find something good it truly feels like a win.
There are tons of Amazon fashion articles on this site but today we are literally going to feature the basics from Amazon. When I say basics I’m talking about denim jackets, classic trench coats, casual maxi dresses, and comfy tees.

Denim Jacket
Amazon The Drop is an excellent resource for basic wardrobe essentials in plus size. In most pieces they go up to a size 3X. I found this modern denim jacket in a light wash. What makes this piece modern is that its cropped and it has stretch.
Tank Dress
Bodycon tank dresses are the best. Especially when you use them as a layering piece. You can throw a jacket or a blazer over this. Layer a t-shirt unders or even add a skirt over the bottom part of the dress. The outfit ideas are endless.
Blazer
White blazers can be worn year round. Rock it on its own for spring and summer or layer under your fall and winter coats.
Bralette
Hear me out on this one. If you’ve ever wanted to try a cropped top or show a sliver of your mid section and were too afraid to do so, you need this. A bralette like this is perfect for layering. It has stretch and the neck is wide enough to wear a multi- way strapless bra under it. It comes in a variety of colors.
Slip Dress
From 2019-2020 slip dresses were everywhere. They are still going strong. If you’re looking for some plus size slip dresses on Amazon, checkout this lingerie inspired style. You can get it in leopard print and in an assortment of bright and neutral colors.
Jeggings
Take a break from heavy jeans and go with a comfy pair of stretch knit jeggings that fit like a glove. These come in a variety of colors and prints.
