STYLE JOURNEY: PLUS SIZE HOLIDAY STYLE

Hey curvy girls all over the world,
All this week is going to be about holiday style. We were slacking the first 2 weeks of December but after the weekend, we have regained our energy and are ready to show you what’s out there for plus size girls who want to look uber chic and sexy this holiday season.

Normally, I am all about a dashing dress for holiday parties/ However, this year things are different. I am backing away from the dresses for holiday dressing and reaching for separates. A tuxedo blazer is at the top of my list when it comes to dressing up for the holiday’s. Yo can rock one with pretty much anything and look polished and glam.
I’ve had this Simply Be tuxedo blazer since the summer. My initial plans for it were to wear it with my black leather pants and some red suede heels. But, as my calendar is starting to fill up with holiday party invites I decided to go a different route with the tuxedo blazer and wear it with metallic skinny jeans. As much as I love dresses, I am obsessed with skinny jeans. They are my go to pants. I thought the metallic jeans would make for a perfect holiday look when teamed up with the tuxedo blazer. Black, white, and gold are a classic color combo.

To dress my ensemble up, I wore a statement geometric necklace from Fashion to Figure (gifted), gold cuff from H&M, and jeweled chandelier earrings from Forever21.

As for makeup, I went with a berry lip from Milani, gold and olive eye shadow from Elizabeth Arden, and Wet & Wild’s shimmering black liner.

    I feel the same!!! I am kind of bored of dresses for the Holidays so for New Years I will be rocking a separates look as well. I love this look especially the shoe and the pants color choice!
