Finally, finally you can get your hands on Jessica Simpson’s plus size clothes. I’ve been waiting for a minute for Jessica to unleash a real plus size collection besides coats and of course her uber cute shoes. Jessica has always made apparel in size 2-14 but no real plus size collection has surfaced until 2012.
Currently you can find Jessica Simpson plus at Macy’s and Lord & Taylor. The spring collection is filled with girlie empire waist dresses adorned with floral and geometric prints and sequin embellishments. She even churned out a few cute tops and a polka dot blazer. She definitely balanced out the collection with classic silhouettes and on trend styles. The majority of the collection encompasses Jessica’s personal style especially when it comes to dresses. I’m hoping for a full fledged denim line for plus size from her.
Jessica Simpson Plus comes in sizes 12W-20W (1X-3X) and is priced under $200.
My only pet peeve, um, why didn’t you tell anybody? One of the common mistakes of brands that design plus size clothes is that they never do a proper launch and really let the plus size community know that they design for them.
Nevertheless, I can’t wait to see what the plus size division develops into.

I was in L&T a few weeks ago & saw some of her stuff. I agree that designers don’t let our community know they have a plus line. It’s like they want to keep it secret. Smh

Love her clothes, shoes, etc. I tried on a coat by Jessica it only went up to an 1X. Okay waiting for more plus sizes.
